Most of the grips are mounted on a plate by riveting, wherein the handle is free to rotate thanks to applying a set of sleeves made of plastic and ZnAl alloy. Clearance of the handle is reduced by a steel spring washer. It is a very durable and safe connection.
Another solution is to protect the handle with an embedded ring, mounted on the grip sleeve. It combines the grip of the grip. We applied such technology in object handles. To meet the other requirements of the standard we applied screws which clamp on the steel spindle of the door set.
A very simple solution is using free door handles, an example are handles for plates 24, where one handle has an internal thread M6, in which there is a screw, which during assembly is clamped on the spindle and the second handle, is permanently connected to the steel spindle.
With a wide range of products, we enable the Customer to choose from a variety of handles, as well as knobs and handles. You can propose your own ideas for implementation of these elements. We use mechanism assisting the handle to many types of door handles. Using it you can feel confident that the grip will always return to the position 90°, we relief the lock mechanism in the door lock, prolonging its life. Opening the door equipped with this mechanism we gain a sense of quality.
To meet various needs of our Customers, we offer our door handles in two basic spacing of mounting lugs K 210 mm and 216 mm. Exterior and interior plates have lugs that by protruding allow mounting the plate on the door. In case of mounting only the internal plates we give the possibility of installing them with special plugs (details see p. 232). This allows using the plate only on one side of the profile, without the need to drill through the door.
